We welcome families with children of all ages and groups from 4 to 8 people. Our modern luxury villa on the slopes of Table Mountain is accredited 4 stars with the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. The 3 upstairs bedrooms, family room / kitchen, lounge, garden, barbecue and pool all have fabulous panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and Camps Bay beach. Often with beautifull sunsets. Downstairs bedroom 4 is the only room in the villa without a seaview, but it has a computer. Wireless internet connection. Satellite DStv. Each bedroom has a big TV screen, radio, lock-up safe, hairdryer, tel , linen and towels. A large plasma TV screen in the spacious open plan family room / kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen / laundry with granite tops. Single garage and parking for one car. Our villa is very private and makes you feel at home. In summer and on a nice winters day our guests like to swim and relax under the veranda at the heated pool, which is only a few metres from the kitchen.

We are 400 metres or a ten minute walk from the white sand of Camps Bay beach. The cosmopolitan promenade along the beach has got lots of popular restaurants, a supermarket, post office and theatre. The distance from our villa to the Table Mountain Cable Car is 1 km, to the centre of Cape Town with the much visited V&A Waterfront, Aquarium and new Cape Town Soccer Stadium for the coming World Cup is 6 km, to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens 15 km, to Groot Constantia Wine Farm 18 km and Cape Town International Airport 25 km. Note: to drive from the airport to our villa follow the 'brown' Cable Way signs on the N2 freeway all the way up to Kloofnek on Table Mountain and go straight through ( not left to Cable Car ) into Camps Bay Drive and after 1 km turn right into Woodford Avenue, no 7. Actually we are situated very central for most of the tourist attractions in and around Cape Town, while at the same time Camps Bay feels like a countryside village nestled along the Atlantic Ocean.

  • Fifa World Cup Soccer 11 June - 11 July 2010. Our guests say the villa is ideal for a group of soccer fans. We are 6 km from the Cape Town Soccer Stadium when you go there through the centre of Cape Town or 7 km along the Atlantic Ocean by scenic Victoria Road, Queens Road and Beach Road in Sea Point. After the excitement of the game come home, relax, have a barbecue, swim in the heated pool and enjoy our panoramic views. Our underfloor heating in the family room / kitchen and all the bathrooms will give you that extra bit of comfort to feel at home. Especially when together you watch the other soccer games that day on our big 1000 cm TV plasma screen in the family room. Of course if you rather watch a different game you can always do that on the 800 cm flat TV screen in your bedroom. And you may see a ship sailing past, a group of up to a hundred dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water or in our summer a few whales splashing around for hours, sometimes close to the beach.

  • All 4 modern spacious fully tiled bathrooms have underfloor-heating for our mild winters. Each bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, large bath and a separate big shower. The Main Bathroom 1 has got 2 basins and a bidet. Here you can relax in the bath looking down on the beach through wide windows alongside the bath. Bathroom 2 is next door to bedroom 2 and is the only bathroom not en-suite.

  • Upstairs spacious double bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have got air-conditioning and from your bed you have panoramic beach- and ocean views through large low windows. Bedroom 3 also has got a view of the Twelve Apostels mountain range. Downstairs double bedroom 4 has no sea view, but has got a door and window to the courtyard. For the business person or children this room is very private from the rest of the villa and is comfortly furnished with a big working table for two persons side by side, a computor using the big TV screen as monitor and a printer. And for the kids Sony Play Station 2, which can be used as a DVD player. All the bedrooms have a 32 inch ( 800 cm ) flat screen DStv, radio, electronic lock-up safe, hair-dryer, bath and beach towels and telephone on a card system for outgoing calls. WorldCall cards we sell at cost. Also a DVD player in main bedroom 1. Washing machine, washing lines under a skylight and tumble dryer upstairs near bedrooms. A cot for your baby is available.

PATIO WITH BUILD IN BARBECUE, table and garden chairs. It has got a roof over with dimmable downlighters for a nice atmosphere in the evening and looks on the garden and ocean --- LARGE PAVED INSIDE COURTYARD with a door and window to both bedroom 4 and the family room, through which you see the ocean. It has a double volume roof, dimmable downlighters, big skylight, tropical plants and gas fireplace. Lovely in our mild winter and cool in summer ------ ALSO: Outside hot and cold water shower at the pool. Electronic keypad access on front door, so NO keys to think of. Single garage with remote control and direct access into villa. Off-street parking for one car next to garage.
