Modern house fully furnished. 2 Minutes drive from the traditional fishing town of Nazare with direct access to the Marina, Beach & Town via private pathway (5-7 mins walk). House is walking distance to Nazare with its bustling bars, cafes and restaurants. The property has beautifully maintained gardens, shared pool with small paddling pool, outside shower, tennis court and children's playground and sun loungers. These facilities are shared with the other 20 houses in the complex. The house has a patio and decking with a barbecue for use of its guests. Internally the property has kitchen, utility, downstairs bathroom, large spacious living/dining area with large L shaped sofa, cd/dvd with surround sound, tv, 10 seater table and chairs and 2 double doors out to deck/pool area, 3 double bedrooms (2 ensuite), 1 twin bedroom, first floor bathroom. There is a balcony off every bedroom. Basement bedroom available (double bed). There is parking in the basement garage or outside property.

Nazare is an old fishing town and offers wonderful cuisine, strolll through the streets and discover many of the excellent restaurants and shops on offer. Stop off for a coffee at one of Portugal's famous patisserie. There is an excellent Modelo on the outskirts of town. There is also an excellent fresh market in the town which is opened 6 days a week and well worth a visit. Sitio is only 5 mins drive from the house and this wonderful historic square has amazing views over Nazare. Horse riding, mountain biking, surfing an aqua park and bull fighting are all available locally. The house is an excellent base for touring the Silver Coast. The historic towns of Alcobaca, Batalha and Fatima, Sao Martinho do Porto are all driving distance as is the world heritage town of Obidos with its walled castle and cobbled streets (20 mins). Sandy beach 5 minute drive/5-7 mins walk via private pathway. For Golf Enthusiasts, Praia del Rey & Golden Eagle courses are approx 25 mins drive.
