(more photos are available) Always very popular as it has privacy yet is on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan city of Ibiza. It has been rented on numerous occasions by various DJs and celebrities representing excellent value for money. Ideal for families or for groups who wish to experience home from home comfort whilst being able to discover all that is Ibiza easy and quickly! This popular villa is always fully booked and many guests return year after year. The greatest one advantage about this property is that while you are 5 minutes from the best clubs and the most popular beaches and the centre of town. You are in a peaceful area of countryside with fields full of sheep around you and you have privacy round your pool and sunbathing areas.

The villa Casa Sunrise ideally located on the outskirts of Ibiza Town near to KM 1 of the road to San Jose. We are 5 minutes in the car from the centre of Ibiza Town. Playa Den Bossa beach can be seen in the view from the house and is a a 5 minute drive away. The unspoilt beach of Las Salinas with its untouched woodland and complete lack of hotels is 10 minutes away by car. If the clubs are your passion Space and Pacha are 5 minutes away ( perfect for when you need that taxi home ) The house is set in 2000 sq metres of mature garden with fruit trees flowers and shrubs. Fully fenced in with access by electronic gates the villa is in a safe peaceful residential area surrounded by counrtyside and grazing sheep. The nearest local shop ( where you can get your fresh baked bread ) is 10 minutes walk away. A larger shopping area is Can Bellotera ( 2 or 3 minutes in the car ) for larger supermarkets, Local produce such as fruit and veg, bakers , cafes etc.
