Modern holiday villa, detached and peaceful, 120m2 plus outside salons. Splendid view from the terraces and the garden on the bay, the MEDES islands, the sand beach and the small nautical and fishing port of SA-RIERA. Three minutes by walk to beach, port, restaurants and shops. 3 bedrooms to sleep 6, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and equipped kitchen. The house is located in one of the most wonderful spot of the Costa Brava, with deep narrow creeks, maritime pins and multiple fishes and birds .Just on the north are the large sand beach of PALS and the Medes islands with the famous aquatic reserve. Around BEGUR are places of interest: archaeological sites, medieval villages, small natural ports, music festivals, markets and gastronomic restaurants. Many sport activities are available: golf, equitation, tennis, diving, snorkelling, sailing, sailboard, water skiing, hiking trails by cycle and walk.

Sand beach and small natural nautical and fishing port. Coast with deep narrow creeks and beautiful coves with maritime pins and multiples fishes and birds. Few kilometres (around 5km) on the north are the Begure large sand beach of Pals with waves, sailboard, and the well-know marine reserve of Medes islands with scuba diving. Sa-Riera is the beach of Begur village; around a lot of medieval villages like Pals, Perratalada, during the summer many music festivals are organized and especially at Cap Roig n a splendid botanical garden. Others sites of interest in the area are the museums of Dali, the city of Gerona and the Catalan villages of Emporda and Garocha.
