Beautiful contemporary villa of 160m2, a few minutes walk from the beach. The villa has been completely refurbished internally and offers superb modern facilities, with spectacular sea views from all rooms. Over two storeys, the first floor features a huge open plan living/dining room, opening onto a fantastic kitchen. On the same floor is a separate toilet and bathroom. A large terrace runs the full length of the upper floor from where you can enjoy fabulous views of the bay of Eze. Downstairs are 3 double bedrooms which all open to a terrace. There is a large bathroom, a separate toilet and plenty of storage areas for all your belongings. The villa is in a quiet location, surrounded by a charming mature garden with orange and lemon trees, where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility of Eze.
