The Villa has two master bedrooms both with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobes. There are 2 twin bedrooms with build in wardrobes which share the 3rd bathroom. The large kitchen diner includes all major appliances (microwave, dishwasher washing machine, tumble dryer etc). Cutlery and crockery together with melamine tableware for outdoors use. The lounge area offers comfortable seating area for all of the villa guests with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is also additional seating in the family area which includes a king size sofa bed, a selection of toys, books and puzzles. In the garage area is where you will find the Pool table, air hockey and table football. Outside the fully screened south facing pool deck has a large heated and lit pool with jacuzzi along with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a covered patio area with overhead fan to stay cool in the fantastic Florida sunshine.

The villa is in a rural location so you can unwind from the fantastic days out you will experience. We are close to shops and restaurants and of course the main attractions of Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. Clearwater Beach is a personal favourite (approx 50 miles away) and Busch Gardens is also a must see excursion. Whilst the villa is in a prime location for the theme parks the villa is also in a perfect central location for the lesser known excursions which include the Everglades, Cape Canaveral (NASA) and much closer to the villa - air boat rides, where you get a spectacular view of the local wildlife including alligators and bald eagles. The list of attractions close to the villa are endless, but Ripley's Believe It Or Not is well worth a visit and Pirate's Cove Crazy Golf in our opinion is the best fun ever.

  • In the first bathroom there is a shower enclosure, double sinks, a large bath and toilet enclosure. The second bathroom has a shower enclosure, sink, and toilet. The third bathroom has bath with a over bath shower, sink and toilet. All towels are provided including beach towels. There are also hairdryers in each bathroom and also a set of straighteners.

  • Both master bedrooms each have the benefit of extra large double beds, walk in wardrobes which have a fantastic amount of hanging space, large en-suite bathrooms (towels included), TV and direct access to the rear patio and pool area. There are two further twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom. Both twin bedrooms have built in wardrobes with a huge amount of hanging space. For piece of mind for the little ones, bed guards are situated in each twin room and very easy to fit (easily secure under the mattresses)Plenty of clothes hangers are provided in each wardrobe area. There is also a large king size sofa bed situated in the 'Family Area'(not in the living room so very private). This is not to be mistaken with the general sofabed or roll away facilities. This sofa bed has an exceptional mattress which is at least 150mm deep and extremely comfortable. A traditional cot and bedding (not a travel cot) is also situated within the villa and is able to be positioned in any room.

Just returned from your fantastic villa, it was absolutely fabulous, immaculately clean, well appointed, the small touches made all the difference, sewing kit, internation plug adapters, bed guards, cool bag. They made the villa feel home from home. Your information sheet on the local attractions and restaurants was an absolute godsend. Mannies Chophouse was a family favourite. We will definately be visiting your villa again and telling all our friends not to bother trying anywhere else, Highly recommended.
