Our top apartment is situated in the centre of Xlendi Bay. It is ideal for couples or families that want to relax and have one of their dreams come true. The apartment is based on the second and top floor. The balcony is very sunny, where you can relax the whole day in the sun and you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of local wine. There is a fantastic view to the sea, you can look at the beach or see the incoming fisher boats. To the other side you have a view to the giant rocks with the green valley in their front. There are two bedrooms, one double and two singles .The furniture is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals. Microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, electric orange juicer, and electric kettle. Fridge freezer,4 ring stove, oven and coffee machine quite new. You will find enough bath towels, orthopaedic pillows, mosquito nets,fans,cds and dvds, books and games. A hairdryer,iron and ironing board is also available.

Xlendi village where our apartment is situated is quiet and peaceful place. The balcony is in the right place where you can see two views, one to the beach and other to the valley. To reach the sandy beach by foot you need only a minute.Not more time you will find a diving centre for beginners and advanced divers. The ATM bank, the Tourist Information, the local grocery and souvenir-shops with their handcrafted objects these ar all close to the apartment . At one o'clock a van comes trough the place to sell fruits and vegetables fresh from the farmers. You will find coffee and snackbars, several very good restaurants, where you can sit in and outside and enjoy the traditional local and a lot of choices of sea-food. If you are interested to go around or outside Xlendi by boat to have a look at the caves or things under the sea you can hire a boat from the shore. Across the road you'll find the bus station,from where you can go by bus in 10 minutes to Victoria the capital city of Gozo.

    Prices all inclusive of linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, etc. If needed a maid service is availbale for extra charge. Baby Cot is available free. Transfers To Malta, car hire and additional services required are not included. We offer a free welcome food pack including a bottle of very pleasant local wine.

    IMPORTANT: We are offering free transport from the ferry boat to the apartment and back. Other extra transport are not included.

    For every additional person the weekly rental is increased by 25 Euro in Winter (Nov - Mar) and 50 Euro in Summer (April - Oct). Babies are free of charge.
    Rates for other size parties are available on request.
    A supplement of 50 Euro per week is applicable for Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

    VERY IMPORTANT: This property is fully approved and licenced by the MALTA TOUR
  • All prices are in Euro . A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking plus a security deposit of £50 to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. This will be returned to you in full, subject to any deductions, after your stay. For cancellations after the balance is received, if we can re-let the property, you will be refunded. If not, there is a 100% cancellation charge.
    Please when I have guest arriving and departure in the same day, departure time in the mornings will be till 11:00am and those coming in will enter afternoons after 3:00pm so we can do the cleaning, thanks.

Notes: It is very important the apartment is very comfortable and outside you will find many things you wish and need within minutes nearby by foot. In the balcony there is 4 chairs and a table, there you can relax the whole day in the sun. There is a fantastic view to both ways, one to the sea, where you can look at the beach or see the incoming fisher boats and to the other side you have a view to the giant rocks with the green valley in their front. You can also see the tower from the balcony, it is one of the most interesting places to go for a walk. It takes you 15 minutes by foot. This was used many years ago to protect the island before entering people with the boats. If you would like to dive in Xlendi you'll find of course a diving-centre. Diving schools are available behind the apartment for beginners and experienced divers. To go around or outside Xlendi on the sea, to have a look in the caves you have to buy a ticket from the shore. If you need parking it is easy and free

Extra Notes:: Hanging on the wall behind the dining table you will find 4 interesting big pictures (black and white) of Xlendi where it takes you around 20th Century. I think this will be interesting to give you an imagination how Xlendi was 90 years ago. A coffee machine and a double blender to make liquid fruit or to liquid food for babies is available. Enough tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and oil and spices are also available. 3 fans 2 fixed on the wall on each bedroom and one with stand to use it where you like. Lot of toys for children and games for adults is available, plenty of cds and dvd's for kids and adults and a wide range of books. Information books in different languages about Gozo, Comino and Malta and a big chart of maps is available. In the balcony an umbrella is provided in case if the sun will be too hot. There is no building on the apartment and you can also use the roof where from there you will see the most beautiful views of Xlendi.

Extra Notes:: Easy way to travel: The best and easy way to travel from Malta to Gozo is by the ferry boat that operates every 45 minutes.In it there is excellent facilities including a magazine kisok and cafeteria. For a stress free start to your holiday, we can organise private transfers from Malta airport direct to our apartment. Please contact us for a quote. There is a public bus service from the airport to Cirkewwa where you can catch the regular Gozo ferry for €4.65 Euros per person with return. The other option is to hire a car in Malta's airport that are cheap. Any questions please let me know, thanks.

Gozo quiet and peacful place: Gozo is a small island surrounded with the mediterranean sea. The population is 30,000. Most of them are fishermen and farmers. The capital city of Gozo is Victoria. Victoria Town is surrounded with small Villages.Gozo is very different from Malta. The countryside is much greener with steep fertile valleys fringing spectacular rugged cliffs that plunge down to reveal alluring bays. Many interesting places never end, like Dwejra the Azure window, Calipso Cave and Ninu's Cave, Ggantija temples that takes us many years ago, the old Windmill and museum of toys these are all in Xaghra. Lunsjata valley that is a very quite place on the way to Kercem village. The best place for walking in Xlendi is to go near the tower.There is a wide path full of greeness and wild flowers that never end on the giant rocts and takes you near the tower. There you will find quiet and peace and in the evening you can also watch the sunset.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, the position brilliant in peaceful location, only a minute to the sandy beach.We would come back in any time, when planing again to visit Gozo. Maria - the owner was very helpful, kind and an excellent host. Thanks for all you support, again! We would definately recommend a break on this lovely island, it is just so relaxing and everyone we met was so friendly. Perfect for a relaxing break, very close to the Xlendi bay, with lovely restaurants, places to snorkel and swim where my children really enjoyed.

Amazing Holiday

We were really delighted with the apartment. It had everything we needed. The location was excellent although a car, in my opinion, is essential to really enjoy Gozo and pick up groceries, more! Depending on the time of year, if you like walking – download some walks off the internet. We did – it made a really great day. Research will also inform you of some of the other beaches, a real find with a stunning coastal walk.
We had a rainy day and we were very excited to see the water coming down the valley.
Maria would like to thank you for the free transport that worth 30 Euro. We would not hesitate to recommend this property. So a ‘two thumbs up’ from all of us for this property and thanks to all concerned!

The property was in excellent condition and clean. The description on the website is good, but does not fully explain how beautiful the apartment is in reality especially in the balcony superb views. The weather was lovely, the beaches quiet and the island a rich combination of untouched, beautiful and interesting.
What a lovely place to spend a really relaxing week.Maria provided all the information needed to explore Gozo and there are maps and books in the house to assist further. Maria will organize car, transfers, etc, if required - we took this option and this could not be faulted. Whether you want to eat at home or venture out, the food is fresh and fantastic. Beaches are un-spoilt and very pretty, we all enjoyed swimming off the rocks at Xlendi.
As soon as I can afford it I will be heading back; it was a great holiday and very relaxing. I would recommend this property.

Without a doubt, the nicest apartment and best location we have stayed in Xlendi centrally located.it's very clean and confortable. Maria the owner came to pick us from the ferryboat and back, she made us very welcome and gave us some good ideas of how to spend our time.
