Three bedrooms, sleeps six people, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen. Large wrap around balcony facing east, south and west. Large living room with dining area. TV, DVD player, wireless internet. DRIVING. 20 minutes from Nice airport, 10 minutes from Cannes, 5 minutes to beaches and Antibes old town shops, restaurants & marina, (20 minutes walk) LOCATION Just off Avenue de Nice, on bus route to all stops on the Riviera. 8 minutes walk to Antibes train station for all stops on the Riviera.

A beautifully decorated, spacious apartment. Great location. in walking distance to Antibes centre. A perfect getaway for those you want to just stay close to Antibes, or for those you wish to travel the Riveria, close drive to Nice Airport, Cannes, Eze and Monaco.
Very well maintained secure grounds, with a beautiful swimming pool suitable for all ages.
Excellent customer service from owner.
Highly recommended.

ottima accoglienza e puntualita' in tutto.
E' stato un vero piacere se dovessi tornare in costa azzurra ,sicuramente tornerei anche in questa casa!!!!

This apt is extrememly clean and secure and has a balcony on three sides overlooking a pool. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday which was great. It is a bit out of town which is what we wanted as parking in Antibes can be very difficult to find at times. We walked into the town from the apt once, and would have done it every day if we didn't have our kids with us, so its definitely walkable. This is a great spot to drive to neighbouring towns - Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Aix en Provence (about 90 mins drive). A car is recommended as you'll have to drive for grocery shopping and beaches. The apt is stocked with DVDs for the kids, and some games and books for the beach. All appliances seem new and the apt is in good condition in a quiet area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
