Beautiful Luxury Spacious Ground Floor apartment with private balcony & own large garden/patio area. We have stunning views of the mountains and over look the beautiful communal gardens. The apartment has Air Conditioning/heater, Washing Machine, Sky TV (English), Shared Pool, 5 min walk to Beach, Restaurants & Bars. 10 Minute drive to large shopping malls and just 5 mins drive to the renowned La Manga Club & La Manga Strip. The area is very quiet, but centrally located and offers something for everyone. The beach at Mar de Cristal is an inland sea so ideal for young children, but just 5 mins away the waves on the med is ideal for surfers. Nearest golf courses are located at The La Manga Club, but there are over 10 courses within an hours drive.

We are located in the peaceful village of Mar de Cristal. Our apartment is approximately 300m (5-10 minute stroll) from the beach, small marina, shops and beach bars/ restaurants. A 15 to 20 minute walk brings you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones, which has national and international restaurants at resonable prices. La Manga Club is around 5 minutes by car and this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and also a very good selection of bars and restaurants. The La Manga strip which is also about a 5 minute drive is a busy area that has a large selection of shops, hotels, bars and nightlife. Also located here is a wide choice of water sports in 1 of the 10 centres located along the strip. The Costa Calida is on the South East coast and is the driest region of Spain, enjoying an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. It is therefore ideal for holidays all year round. The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lake in Europe.

The Costa Calida is on the South East coast and is the driest region of Spain, enjoying an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. It is therefore ideal for holidays all year round. The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lake in Europe which is linked to the Mediterranean and famous for its Therapeutic Properties. It enjoys warm shallow waters as part of the inland sea, and its ideal for all water sports. The waters of the Mar Menor are warmer than the Mediterranean. There are approximately 42 Kilometres of beaches and the area around the Mar Menor is relatively flat and has numerous villages along the coastline. This makes it an ideal area for walking or cycling. The Calblanque National Park is located just a few mins away.

Other Activities: La Manga club (which is just 5 mins drive away) offers a variety of sports for children, adults and professionals, go carting is also 5 mins drive

Lovely Apartment, Great Holiday

We have stayed in Tina & Steve's apartment for the last 2 yrs running. It is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need (including things the kids loved like games & DVD's - suitable for a varied age and taste range). The area is beautiful and very unspoilt, we would recommend getting a car as there is so much to see locally.

They have excellent support there with Jan & Roger who provide reasonable cab runs locally & to airport, and who we could ask for any advice and help during our stay.

The pool is fantastic and the kids loved it, as is the beach. Los Belones has some great restaurants and would definatly recommend the Si Bar at La Manga Club if you have kids. The front patio area is great if you want privacy to sun bathe or if you have small children/toddlers who need a break from the sun then you can watch them in the apartment, whilst you are sun bathing!!

This is suitable for all ages, I have also suggested this to my parents and I know they would also enjoy it here.

Will definatly be going back again, as couldn't really fault the whole holiday.
