Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a Villa situated on a 700sqm garden with an 8x4 m swimming pool and a spacious terrace area for alfresco dining. The 250sqm large house is divided into 2 levels that easily accommodates 8 people. On the first floor you can find a comfortable living and dining room (incl. open chimney, Television, Radio/CD). Next to the living-room lies a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dish washer, gas stove) and a small bathroom. In the second level you find 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Additionally the house contains a garage. Beaches lie within 5 minutes driving distance. Holiday rental for large groups is possible. The house next door can be included in the rental to provide holiday rental accommodation for up to 16 people. Summer on the 'Costa Azul' means long sunny days which enhance the originality and variety of the region. There are obvious contrasts making this an ideal place for holidays, a choice of beach-type for all. Museums, monuments, buildings and places of historical interest, come visiting what this lovely area of Portugal has to offer. Take a 'cacilheiro', typical Ferry Boat, for an amazing travel on the Tage River seeing 25 April Bridge and 'Cristo Rei'.

we have just returned from portugal and we enjoyed ourselves immensly. this home is very high standard and has a beautiful pool and loads of garden space for children. we felt extremly safe letting the small children outside to play as there was no way they could get the security gate open and get onto the street. small shops close by and the main supermarkets are not so far away, the beach is only a short bus trip away. we found the locals friendly and helpfull when we needed advice, especially the people in the house next door. the owners also very helpfull when needed. we would return there without hesitation.
