This apartment is recommended by The Gibraltar Touristic Board. Another Jackie Hobbs quality apartment situated in Gibraltar's newest and most prestigious location. On the 5th floor from the large balcony overlooking the 7 private swimming pools and the marina, this apartment has been furnished showing the owners discerning minimalistic style. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated with a completely new Pogen Pol kitchen, Poang easy chairs, memory foam beds and digital television. The main bedroom and large sitting room have glass patio doors onto the 30 sq.metre balcony with its four chair dining table, so that you can lie in bed or sit in the easy chairs and just enjoy the amazing marine view. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk, whether it is restaurants, shops, champagne bars or the casino. Main Street with all the duty-free shops a mere 5 minutes away. In spite of the activity around, the apartment is cool and quiet - free from any traffic noise.

This apartment situated in the much sought-after Ocean Village complex faces the marina with spectacular views across the Bay of Gibraltar from a huge 30sq metre balcony. It is three minutes walk into Casemates Square and Main Street and it is on the main bus route to all of the tourist attractions and the airport. The Spanish Border is a mere 20 minute walk away and is open 24 hours a day. Excursions to Morocco for the day are available from any of the local travel agents however visiting the apes on the Rock is not to be missed either by taxi or the cable car plus the spectacular St Michael's Cave. Golf is available at one of the many golf courses just over the Border or you can simply relax and enjoy the sun.

  • The price shown is for two persons, for four people the price would be £1,000 per week i.e. £250 per person per week. A 10% fee is taken to secure the booking - the balance, plus a refundable £100 bond, is payable six weeks in advance of the dates booked. Keys are posted to your nominated address by first class registered post 10 days beforehand. The bond is refunded on receipt of the keys to Jackie Hobbs.
  • During the winter months, if dates allow, it might be possible to spend a long weekend at the apartment at a discounted price - please contact the owner for details.

Notes: There are two lifts serving all floors in the block. There is a health and fitness club on the ground floor and seven swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents. Amongst the landscaped gardens there is an infinity pool, children's paddling pool and a large heated pool plus four others complete with free sunbeds. Although car hire is not necessary in Gibraltar if you have a car there is a free parking space in the underground car park. Whilst children are welcome there are unfortunately no child facilities in the apartment - i.e. cot or cot linen.

Would highly recommend this apartment.Views were spectacular,the apartment spotless and the pool area was lovely.There are plenty of places to eat and drink right on your doorstep.Overall we had a great time and would use this property again without hesitation.
