The villa is based right on the Sanlucar de Barrameda golf course and has views over the first hole with the main club house only 200m walk away. It also benefits from fantastic uninterrupted views of the surrounding rolling countryside towards Jerez. There are beautiful sandy beaches nearby and the area has some unique events and festivals including the Spanish Moto GP and the famous horse racing on the beach. The villa benefits from a fully fitted luxury kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The villa also has a BBQ, BBQ equipment, electronic safe and 4 x sun loungers (with cushions) by the pool. In the lounge you there is a Flat screen TV, Satellite TV, DVD, dining table, chairs, sofas patio doors opening onto terrace with full garden furniture. Balcony to master bedroom with panoramic views of pool, golf course and surrounding countryside. Our local agents provide a full management service including regular linen and cleaning.
