Add to this our superbly designed 3000 sq. ft. of Living Space with 5 Bedrooms including 2 Masters (both ensuite), 5.5 luxury Bathrooms, 3 separate glass sliders to our Deck, 7 mbps Internet, secure Wi-Fi, superb Games Room, two stunning sitting rooms, TVs in every room, Home Cinema, PS2 and also from Spring 2009 our brand new amazing Clubhouse with Fitness Rooms, recreation areas and stunning views over Tower Lake from the Terrace. Our gorgeous Villa is located only 15 minutes from Disney and is located beside Tower Lake with it's Boat Dock and Fishing. Every facility that you require is located within 5 minutes of our house including great restaurants, Walmart, Publix and excellent Golf. You can even see Southern Dunes Golf Club from our Villa. In terms of time Universal would be about 30 minutes drive, Disney is 15 minutes, Premium Outlets 20 minutes, Cocoa Beach would be 60 minutes as would Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast. Some of the best Restaurants in Florida are only a short drive such as Carrabbas, Outback, Applebies, Chillies to name but a few and the famous and truly wonderful Manny's Steakhouse is only 2 to 3 minutes away in Haines City. What is really wonderful about Calabay is that we have our own Clubhouse with Fitness Room and Recreation Area for kids only 2 minutes stroll from the Villa. There are also lovely walks around the Community and the sunsets over Tower Lake have to be seen!

  • Pool/Spa heating is an optional extra as follows:

    $15 per day between 1st April and 30th September
    $25 per day between 1st October and 31st March

All Bedrooms are generously sized as you would expect in a 3000 sq. ft. home and all are tastefully decorated and designed.
