The apartment is of recent construction.  It has an area of 75sm plus a patio of 45sm and is situated on the first floor with a lift. It has two double bedrooms both of which are equipped with fitted wardrobes. It is bright and airy and all exterior. The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi and the kitchen has all appliances plus a ceramic hob and a microwave.  It has an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room has a bed settee. Everything is provided except  towels.The nearest beach is Playa Acequion which is five minute walk from the apartment. It is in a protected bay with a wide stretch of soft, white sand and is especially safe for children. The area is very flat and is easily accessible for both the young and the elderly. The apartment is within walking distance to all amenities; restaurants, banks and supermarkets are all close by plus a course of Mini golf. Golfing and other outdoor activities are all within a short drive away.

Torrevieja is famous for its lovely all-year-round climate. It has many beautiful, sandy beaches and for those who love walking, the promenade stretches for miles along the coast. The apartment is situated five minutes from the nearest sandy beach of Playa de Acequion. However, there are many other beautiful beaches which are all within a ten minute walk away. If you are interested in playing golf, there are various courses to choose from all within a fifteen minute drive from the apartment. Torrevieja is famous for its Friday market where you will be able to find anything and everything! There is, also, a promenade market open daily until the early hours of the morning where local craft can be bought. Amongst other attractions, there is a water park and fun park and boat trips are available from the harbour. Whatever sort of holiday you are looking for, I am sure you will find it here, in this lovely part of Spain.

  • Conditions of Booking

    1. In order to confirm the booking, a deposit of 100 Pounds is necessary. This is payable by bank
    transfer.

    2. On receipt of the deposit, a contract will be forwarded which should be returned to the owner completed and
    signed.

    3. The balance of the rental should be paid one month before departure.

    4. Any cancellation less than two months before departure will incurr the loss of the deposit.

    5. On receipt of the keys, a deposit of 75 Pounds/100 Euros has to be left. This will be returned at the end of your stay on
    the condition that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state and there are no breakages.

    6. 45 Euros is payable in cash on arrival to cover key handling and laundry.

    7. Prices are based on an occupancy of four people. Any additional person will be charged 30 Pounds extra per week.
  • Christmas and Easter Rates: 280 Euros per week
