4 bed 2 bath home excellently located for all Central Florida attractions. Disney main entrance 10 mins drive, Universal 20 mins. Abundance of shopping, eating and entertainment nearby. Perfectly located for golfing guests; numerous championship courses within 15 mins, including Champions Gate (7 min) and Orange County National (10 min). Master suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom featuring twin vanities, deep soaking roman tub and separate walk in shower. Second bedroom with queen bed and two other bedrooms with 2 x twins. There are also 2 x double sofa beds, located in the living and family rooms. 2nd bathroom has tub/shower combo. Kitchen has all facilities and breakfast table. Living/dining room seats 8 for dinner. Family room contains 2 x sofas and lazy boy recliner, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV/Entertainment centre. South facing heated pool with table/chairs/sun loungers, covered porch providing shade. Additional cable TVs in 3 x bedrooms.
