The house is in a small residence (Le Grand Jardin) with its private garden 40m2 and view over the plain, near all amenities, school, swimming pool, tennis, shops, 5 mn walk from the provencal market in the central of the village. 100m2, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes / closets, 1bathroom, 2WC independent, large living room equipped insert, with bay window on the garden and terrace, kitchen appliances new.+ A cellar. Air conditioning, terrace with electric store, garden shed, 2 parking spaces in front of home. interior repainted, tastefully furnished, ready to live.

The property is perfectly located in the center of town, it's called Le Grand Jardin cause we are over a big green area near by the pool and the tennis courts, closed it's a old property where antics fairs are organised 6 times a year. Fayence is well known as one of the most world famous gliding place, so when you'll be at the sunset drinking your aperitif on your terrace, you'll be able to look at silencious gliders lending, the restaurant at the glider centre is a good and non expensive place open all day long, good address for no cars and conviviality Music it's also very present in the area, concerts and municipal ' bals ' free on some nights in summer, local traditional fairs, but also the Jazz in Juan-Les-Pins, and Nice, and Draguignan, and Saint-Raphael, Museums with Matisse, Picasso , Chagall The lake de Saint-Cassien 15 mn from home is a lovely natural free and clean area for spending days fishing, swimming, rowing, and pedalos
