This beautiful Villa, has 3 bedrooms, one double downstairs next to a bathroom that has sink, wc and modern shower. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one has twin beds and the other a luxurious king size bed, Leading through French doors, to a warm friendly sun terrace where you can sit and enjoy your morning breakfast, also a further bathroom with WC, Bidet, sink bath and shower. A fully equipped kitchen with hob & oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave all pots & pans and utensils. Beautifully furnished throughout the lounge diner has a large flat screen TV, two comfortable cream leather sofas, dining room table & chairs. Also a very comfortable conservatory, where even on a chilly day, you can sit and enjoy a very attractive garden. A rooftop solarium where you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers. Downstairs garden patio with comfortable furniture, sit around the large table & enjoy cooking on the modern gas barbecue. Off road parking. Access to large community pool.

The Costa Blanca has many attractive sandy, blue flag beaches,boasting around 300 day's sunshine every year.A 5 minute drive will take you to the excellent water parks, a very short walk will take you to the designer shopping Mall Habaneras .There are at least four golf courses of an excellent standard within a 15 minute drive.The ozone centre is a great place for teenagers where there are many facilities including bowling, night clubs, many restaurants and bars and a cinema. Younger children can enjoy the rides on the top of the Habanera centre, or stroll through the Paraque de las Naciones, which has peddle boats a small cafe, and many varieties of ducks geese etc Torreveija has a lovely peir and it is a very popular place for people to stroll along in the evenings or sit and enjoy a glass of wine basking in the sunshine. Torreveija has a very healthy climate due to the many salt lakes surrounding it, you can often find the lovely coloured flamingoes feeding from these lakes.

Notes: Children are welcome but must be supervised when in the communal swimming pool. The downstairs bedroom and shower room are suitable for use by the elderly or infirm. There are two steps into the house the downstairs shower room is quite narrow so a certain amount of mobility will be necessary. Visitor with only occasional use of wheel chair for shopping and sightseeing will be comfortable here.

The property was very clean and bright.Loads of fresh towels and linen.The location was excellent so near to restaurants,shops and some great beaches.you could stay at this house without a car and be able to use loads of facilities.I would recommend this property to my friends.We found some great walks and also used the bikes provided and had some super rides around the salt lakes which were very near to the property
