LOVELY VILLA NEAR BENIDORM. Master Bedroom with En-suite shower and balcony with lovely views to Benidorm, and the coast. Full kitchen including oven & hob, fridge freezer,diswasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils etc. Large living room , television with English TV & DVD player and additional seating. Dining area which seats 6. Living room leads to private terrace and garden which includes table and chairs & sun loungers, ideal for ‘Al fresco’ dining. Lovely private pool with Roman steps into it which is good for children, outside bar and kitchen with fridge freezer and cooker, and seating for six under cover, there is a second table with six chairs and a gazebo with comfortable cane settee and chairs to fall asleep on in the shade after dining al fresco. There are two, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses (Real de Faula Golf Resort & Spa) nearby. Also close by are the fantastic theme parks Terra Mitica and Terra

The urbanization is situated close to the village of Finestrat, and only 5 minutes from the nearest beach at Cala de Finestrat. There is a shopping centre nearby which has designer fashion shops as well as numerous other shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a Carrefour hypermarket which sells everything you will ever need! Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura nature park are a few minutes away, as are two 18 hole golf courses at Real de Faula Golf Resort and Spa There is also a 9 hole course There are two beautiful beaches and a huge choice of bars and restaurants in Benidorm - a truly cosmopolitan resort 15 mins away. Travel further afield and you will find the picturesque villages of Altea (with its blue-domed church) and Guadalest, a mountain top village that will take your breath away.
