Photos and Description of this Torre delle Stelle holiday villa 2 bedroom villa in tranquil setting

Villa Carina is a small independent villa and is the perfect get away for one or two couples or a couple with children. From the house and garden there are spectacular views across the sea and the lovely Genn'e Mari beach. The villa comprises a large living room, separate kitchenette, large bathroom, one master bedroom, and one double bedroom. There is an outside terrace and barbecue for al fresco dining. At the side of the villa is a small pretty garden with lemon and fig trees and outside shower. Steps lead down in front of the house to a large terraced garden overlooking the sea with places to sit and enjoy the fabulous view. From the villa you can walk down the hill to the beach in 10 minutes or take the car (preferable for young children). There is a lovely safe beach for swimming, good restaurants, local village stores and plenty of activities in the vicinity. The location is one hour from Cagliari airport.

Sardinia is a beautiful and diverse island with an extraordinary range of scenery and historical places easily accessible from the property. The villas are within a short drive of numerous attractions. There are many gorgeous beaches along the south and east coast. There is excellent walking and rock climbing along the coast and in the mountains such as the National Park of the Sette Fratelli. Cagliari - a half hour's drive away- has a historic old town with Castello, port, good shops and restaurants, opera house and concert hall and a famous fish market. Within a two hour drive is the heart of Sardinia’s rugged mountainous interior, the spectacular cliffs of the north east coast, the monuments of the unique neolithic nuraghic culture and the Phoenician monuments of the west coast. Villasimius, 20 minutes drive away, is a charming small town with many good restuarants. Boat trips, wind surfing, scuba diving, horse riding and tennis are available locally.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates include linen (bed sheets and towels), gas, electricity & water and final cleaning.
    A refundable deposit of €300 is required prior to the letting period against damage and breakables. A payment of 25% of the full amount is required to secure the booking and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    The villa is rented via our manager in Sardinia, for the period April to October.
    There are extra charges for late arrival on the check in day. For arrivals between 8.00pm and 11.00pm there will be an extra cost of 30 Euro. Between 11.00pm to 1.00am the cost will be 50 Euro. Any time after 1.00am the cost is 90 Euro. This cost must be paid to our manager in Sardinia on arrival.

Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses ist spektakulär, toller Blick, aber eine fürchterlich schlechte Strasse dorthin. Es fehlten uns bequeme Sitz-oder
Liegemöbel für den Garten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und die Betten sehr schmal. Sonst war alles optimal mit einer sehr guten und netten Betreuung.
