Between Cannes and Antibes, Juan-Les-Pins is the best place to go to get your best holidays. Beach of white sand, blue sea and sun will enjoy you. In the evening you'll go to a terrace's restaurant for dinner, then you'll be able to go shopping until midnight (July and August) and you'll finish the night in drinking a last glass in one of the many night clubs.

Additional information about rental rates

  • If you stay more than one week, you'll get a special discount of 100€ per additional week.
    Arrival will be each Saturday afternoon from 14h30.
    Departure will be each Saturday morning before 10h30.
    Price is including electricity, towels of bath and sheets.
  • A deposit of 50% is required on booking the apartment, the remainder payable 4 weeks before the holiday booking date.
    On arrival a caution will be taken of 350€ refundable. It will completely be reimbursed to you in your departure if appraisal lets appear no damage of ownership or furniture or if a cleaning of the flat is not necessary.
    If during your departure the flat necessite a cleaning, 70€ expenses will be kept to you on the deposit.
