The house is located directly on the former Golf and Country Club of Cape Coral. It has an exceptional location, in the higher villa neighbourhood. Our newly renovated and refurnished villa has a huge pool and offers all the possible comfort for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining and living room, a billiard room and the amenity of a pool with Lanai. Even the entrance of the house is protected with a Lanai. The double garage can be used as well. Telephone and fax are available and make you independent, and the alarm system is there for your security. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Cape Coral is a paradise for golf enthusiasts. Swimming on the Fort Myers Beach and on Sanibel and Captiva Island is pure wellness. We also suggest you to visit the Edison-Ford House in Fort Myers. Tours in Everglades, to Key West and to Cape Canaveral are highlights for your vacation.

  • The price is valid for 2 people. Each further person pays 60 Euros per week. A child under 12 can stay for free. The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Included in price are the pool service, the gardeners, the air conditioning, water, linen, towels and German guidance on location. Included in price is an electricity usage of up to 30 USD per week. Extra usage will be charged with 0,15 USD/KWh, which will be deducted from the deposit. The final cleaning is 130 USD and it should be paid on location, directly to the administrator of the house. The security deposit is 400 Euros. The minimum booking time is 7 days. Payment conditions: once you get the booking confirmation, you have to pay a sum of 400 Euros, which will be taken as a deposit. The entire rental rate should be paid 30 days before the day of check-in. For last moment bookings, this means within 30 days before the check-in day, the entire rental rate needs to be paid immediately.

Notes: The administrators of the house speak German. There is electronically managed air conditioning, ventilators in all the rooms, cable TV in each room, a very big pool (solar heated), walk-in closets for your clothing in each room, big, American refrigerator with charcoal filter for best quality drinkable water and ice-cubes, 3-flame gas grill, cooler and deck-chairs. The house was completely renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2006. The bathrooms, the furniture and the kitchen, including the gadgets and the other utensils have been renewed.

Information for golf players: The villa is located directly by the 7th and 8th hole of the former Golf and Country Club in Cape Coral. It is ideal for a perfect vacation. Momentarily the Golf course is closed because of financial problems, and as a matter of fact it cannot be used. There are 5 golf courses in the city and over 50 in the close vicinity.

Information for boat trips: The boat renting is possible even without a boat driving licence. The villa is located very close to the sea. We have very good contacts among the boat owners and we can let you ourselves boats with different sizes. For people who are not used to driving a boat or for families, the pontonboats with 115 PS are more suitable; they can be rented for 600 USD per week.

Climate: In the summer, the air temperature is 30 - 35 C°. The water temperature is 26 - 30 C°. In the spring, fall and winter, the air temperature is between 23 - 28 C°. The water temperature is minimum 20 C°. There are 330-350 sunny day a year. Florida’s climate is subtropical to tropical. Generally speaking, the climate of Florida is reliable. The change of the seasons can almost not be felt. You can go swimming the whole year long. In the Florida-winter, the water temperature in the Gulf of Mexico is never lower than 20 C°.

Wer sich so richtig erholen möchte, kann das in diesem voll und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus tun. Wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter, haben drei wunderbare Wochen und den traumhaften Pool genossen. Ausflüge zu den Stränden von Sanibel und Captiva sind von hier aus prima in 45-60 Minuten zu machen, je nachdem welchen Strand man sich ausschaut. Ebenso Outlet Center und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was eine Familie braucht. Sollte es Probleme geben, klappt die Kommunikation mit dem deutschsprachigen Ehepaar, dass das Haus betreut, super. Wir wünschen allen folgenden Mietern ganz viel Spaß in diesem Haus, das übrigens an einen stillgelegten Golfplatz angrenzt, in dem man eine wunderbare Vogelwelt beobachten kann und den man mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern auf einem Weg umrunden kann.

Nur zu empfehlen...ein Super Haus...!!!

Perfekte Villa, die höchsten Ansprüchen genügt

Eine tolle Villa, die den Namen 'Island of sun' insbesondere beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse voll rechtfertigt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und stilvoll eingericht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt.
Der Pool ist superlativ und die Terrasse mit Lanai lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden am Pool förmlich ein.
Die Villa liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Die Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort sind sehr freundlich.

Fazit: Wer sich erholen will, der findet hier eine perfekte Unterkunft.
Es gibt unserseits keine einzige Beanstandung.

Das Haus und die Betreuung lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Was man dazu also sagen muss ist: Haus, Lage und Anita (Verwalterin) top! Vielen Dank für die schönsten Tage in diesem Jahr. Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen dürfen!

Was die Beschreibung des Hauses und den Wohlfühlaspekt angeht, möchten wir uns 100% unseren Vorgängern anschließen. Auch die Lage am (z.Zt. geschlossenen) Golfplatz ist angenehm (auch für uns Golfer), da unverbaut und ruhig. Die Betreuung vor Ort (dt.), von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten über Tipps bis zur Hilfestellung bei kleinen Problemen war supernett und supergut - nochmals vielen Dank!
Cape Coral ist ein guter Platz für Golf-, Sonnen- und Ausflugsurlaub.

Gerade aus dem Urlaub zurueck wollen wir nicht versaeumen, eine ehrlich gemeinte gute Bewertung abzugeben. Das Haus und dessen Einrichtung sind einfach spitze. Ein Ort zum Wohlfuehlen. Die Fotos sind nicht geschoent oder aus besonders guenstigen Winkeln fotografiert. Das Haus ist so!
Gemuetlich, geschmackvoll, mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet.
Wer allerdings Strand/Sandfan ist, muss ein wenig Zeit mitbringen. Bis zu den schoenen Straenden von Sanibel Island oder Fort Myers Beach faehrt man inkl. Stau (garantiert) mindestens 35-45 Minuten. Aber die aufgewendete Zeit lohnt sich. Muscheln sammeln braucht man nicht, einfach eine Schaufel nehmen und eintueten.
Auch die Einkaufsmmoeglichkeiten in der Naehe sind unbeschreiblich. (wir sind auf die Kreditkartenabrechnung gespannt....) Auch die Dinge des taegl. Lebens sind im Umkreis einfach zu beschaffen.
Vor Ort wird man 100%ig von den Verwaltern betreut. Auch hier ist absolut kein Kritikpunkt angebracht.
Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Urlaubsadresse.
