The villa is located in a private cul-de-sac within in its own tree lined and secluded garden, with a well maintained and secure area for families and children to enjoy. Electric gates to the entrance lead to the driveway and property entrance. The property has a self contained annex on the lower floor with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. On the Ground floor is the large lounge, main kitchen and 2 en-suite double bedrooms. On the First floor is the master suite also with its own en-suite and balcony. The fully retractable patio doors leading from the lounge open up onto the lovely pool area with it's own shower and summer kitchen with BBQ area and separate toilet. Beautifully planted garden allowing space to enjoy the calm environment of the Cote D'Azur and Valbonne.
