The White House is a self-contained central wing of Innsacre Farmhouse, stone built, dating from the17th Century, set in 22 acres of gardens, orchards and woodland. Spacious and light with a large farmhouse style kitchen and all modern comforts, the White House shares 2 acres of garden and terrace with Sunshine House (at the west end wing of Innsacre Farmhouse) and the farmhouse itself. In addition, the house has its own direct access onto the 20 acre woodland hill at the rear of the property. A perfect place for walkers and dogs; we are just 2&1/2 miles from the Heritage Route West Dorset Coastal Path and the Jurassic Coast, mid-way between the historic towns of Lyme Regis and Dorchester.2 miles down the road is the market town of Bridport with a wonderful local market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The area is known for its spectacular landscape, coastal views and superb local produce and places to eat. The spiral staircase to the first floor is unguarded.There is no stair guard.

We are mid-way between Dorchester and Lyme Regis, just 2 &1/2 miles from the Jurassic Coast and the Heritage Route Coastal Path. The area is one of outstanding natural beauty, ideal for walkers. The nearest town is the market town of Bridport which has a Royal Charter to hold a local market each Wednesday and Saturday. The area is renowned for its local produce with many places to eat. The town has a golf course with stunning views across the Lyme Bay and a harbour (West Bay). The Chesil Beach runs along this stretch of coast, good for mackerel fishing and birdwatching. For a sandy beach visit the seaside town of Weymouth just 13 miles away along the coast road designated as one of the natural wonders of the world.
