Photos and Description of this La Torre Golf Resort holiday house 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation overlooking the 14th hole

Our town house is in a quiet position. It has superb views of the fairways and is only 50 yards away from a large communal pool and tennis courts. It is also on the best side of the golf course to get maximum sunshine. We have also greatly improved our property since purchase. The mains gas boiler supplies hot water and central heating throughout the property and the lounge, dining area and kitchen also have air conditioning. The kitchen as been altered to be fully open plan and refitted with built-in appliances, additional kitchen cupboards and a greater work surface area. The lounge has patio doors leading to an terrace that provides a shaded outside area for al fresco dining. There is access from the landing and the 1st floor bedroom to a large terrace overlooking the fairways. The two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements as the king size beds can be used either in a double or single bed arrangement and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Our property is just 15 minutes drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. La Torre Golf Resort is one of 6 Polaris World golf resorts, all designed by Jack Nicklaus. Other great golf courses: Roda Golf 18-hole par 72, Trampoline Hills 9-hole par 34, Tres Molinnos 18-hole par 6just 15 minutes drive away. The beautiful calm waters and beaches of the Mar Menor are also just 15 minutes drive away. Torre Pacheco is a small Spanish town offering good banking facilities and some shops and restaurants 5 mins away from the resort by car. Cartagena, a historical port with many good bars/restaurants and shops is a 30 minute drive. The City of Murcia is a 15 minute drive through beautiful mountain scenery. The historical centre of Murcia offers imposing architecture,a beautiful cathedral, bustling plazas, trendy bars, cafes, impressive modern shops and an abundance of high quality tapas bars that you would expect to find in a large city.
