This is a new villa built to the owners' specification, convenient to local restaurants and supermarkets which are within walking distance. The modern villa is light and airy and situated in the peaceful urbanisation of Costa Nova and furnished to a high standard. It has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor next to the large sun terrace making it ideal for teenagers or separate families. The spacious living area is open plan with French doors leading to the naya, pool and gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. It also has cable television and a DVD/CD player. It has its own large private fenced garden and large swimming pool with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the alfresco dining. The pool has Roman steps in the shallow end for easy access and makes it ideal for children.

The villa is located just a five minute drive from Javea Beach. Javea is made up of three areas. The 'Old Town' with its maze of narrow streets where shopping is a delight and it has a weekly market. The 'Port' where you can dine overlooking the sea with plenty of restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. It also has its own Marina where you can watch the days catch come in and even buy the fish from the small market. The 'Arenal Bay' area with its beautiful Blue Flag beach which is sheltered and wonderful for children. The 'Arenal' has bars, restaurants, shops and evening market stalls where you can buy local gifts. The wonderful beach has children's play areas, showers, volleyball nets and pedalos and jet skis can be hired. Nearby are three theme parks for the children: Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar all of which are well worth a visit. There is a great Safari Park at El Verger with Tigers and Lions etc.

  • 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. All linens and towels are included except beach towels/pool towels. A refundable deposit of £200 will be required which is held for damages, loss of keys etc and is returned promptly after your departure after checks have been made.

    You will be met at the villa by our English keyholders, who will show you around the villa and will be on call should you have any problems. A Complimentary Welcome Pack will be left for you.

Notes: There are fans availlable for all rooms but the villa is lovely and cool during the summer months. Although it is a non smoking villa you are more than welcome to smoke outside including the covered naya.

Local Attractions: A 25 minute drive away are three theme parks: Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar. These are great for the children and well worth a visit. There is the New Science and Oceanic park in Valencia which also well worth seeing. Javea is renowned for its wonderful fiestas, the Moors and Christians takes place the third week in July and is a joy to watch.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay in Javea. Villa was great - immaculate, light, spacious and felt completely at home there! A wonderful tranquil setting yet only a 5 minute scenic drive from the Arenal – beach, bars and restaurants.
As a party of 8 with 2 young kids, the villa still never felt overcrowded. The pool and outside space was fantastic with ample room for the adults to sun and supervise! Although we did not personally try any of them, there are a few local restaurants within walking distance of the villa which certainly seemed popular and the mini market is less than a 10 minute walk away!
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting some peace and quiet in the sun, with all the luxuries of home living. In fact already looking to go back!!

Superb

We had a wonderful holiday in Javea.
The Villa was beautiful; very classy, comfortable and spacious.
The pool and terraced area was also superb and we spent most of our time out there.
The mini market was a short walk away where we bought fresh bread and croissants every day.
Javea itself has a great buzz with good shops and restaurants but it is not overcrowded. The restaurants recommended by the owners were excellent and we were never disappointed.
We love it and look forward to going back to Javea and would definately stay at the Villa again.
We can't recommend it too highly.

Fantastic Holiday!!

This villa was perfect for our party of 7 people with our youngest person being 3 and the eldest being 73!!
The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived with spare linen and towels per person provided.
The swimming pool was excellent, it was designed to perfection to accommodate all ages and swimming abilities and kept us all lovely and cool throughout the day.
The owner couldn't have been more helpful and gave us many restaurant recommendations and very detailed driving instructions which helped tremendously.
Javea itself is possibly the nicest part of Spain we've visited. The beach was excellent with so many reasonably priced shops, bars and restaurants, we were spoilt for choice. The atmosphere was great, it was family orientated with many different nationalities and everyone seemed to be happy and having a good time.

I would not hesitate to recommend this villa or Javea to anyone. In fact my husband and I hope to come back in September to celebrate our wedding anniversay, fingers crossed!!

we had a great time at this villa but you do need a car its about 7-8 mins drive to the centre of javea. the villa is great if you what to get away and just relax,the villa has all you need tv with uk channels full kitchen.

Just what we needed.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at your villa. It was perfect for all of us. The villa is set in a lovely quiet and peaceful area and we enjoyed the restaurants you recommended, especially the Ria Rau just up the road. We had a wonderful evening there and didn't have to worry about taking the car. The children loved the pool and the local beaches, especially the Arenal. We spent many evenings down there while the children played. It has great facilities and is so clean.

The villa was spotless when we arrived and was very well equipped for all our needs. The dishwaher was great!!

We would definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends and will be going back soon. Thanks again.
