This 2 bedroom, corner apartment is in a small private block of 14 Situated just behind Pine Walk close to the Illa D’or hotel. As it is situated on the third floor, it has views of either the mountains or the sea from each of the large windows on all three sides. air conditioning in the apartment It is only 50 yards to the beach and the centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 15 to 20 min stroll down the attractive pedestrianised Pine walk. The apartment has a fully fitted separate kitchen with an open plan lounge /dining area. This leads off to one of the double bedrooms with the other double/twin being located through the hall. There are two balconies, the front overlooks pine walk and the sea and has chairs and a small table, and the rear overlooks Boquer valley hills. The quiet street between the apartment block and pine walk provides ample parking.
