Park Residence is the perfect place for those who want to appreciate the pleasure of holidaying in a traditional Portuguese fishing village. Built in traditional Portuguese style, the apartment is fitted with modern, high quality fixtures and fittings, seamlessly blending the classic with the contemporary. This 1 bed apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living area and bathroom. It is located in a perfect position 100m from the stunning shell-shaped beach which is an excellent and safe swimming environment for children. A few minutes walk to local restaurants, bars, shops and a traditional Portuguese market. Facilities included; hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD player and air conditioning/heating. Apartment comes with own underground parking space and has lift access. Apartment is on 3rd floor.

10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the sand dunes and Salir do Porto beach, 100m to stunning beach which is shaped like a perfect shell, 3 established golf courses nearby. The nearest course is Praia d'el Rey (18 holes) and is approximately 20km/25 minutes drive away. 15 minute drive to Nazare - fishing village with excellent beach and seafood restaurants. 10 minute drive to Foz do Arelho - gorgeous beach, surfing and water sports. 15 minute drive to Caldas da Rainha - shopping and spa town. 20 minute drive to Obidos - walled city steeped in history. Sao Martinho do Porto has rail and bus links with Lisbon. Banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a short walking distance. A local market runs daily (except Mondays). Other recreational activities include horse-riding, fishing, surfing and golf.Car hire is recommended. Motorway links between Lisbon and Porto airport are very good. Lisbon airport 1 hour drive. Porto airport 2.5 hours drive.

The appartment was absolutely perfect - brand new with all mod cons and very clean. Huge king size bed, with well designed open plan living area, and modern bathroom. Perfect for a couple's getaway.

The appartment was part of a block sharing a good sized swimming pool with toddlers pool. Also very clean and well maintained.

The area, Sao Martinho Do Porto, was absolutely lovely, plenty of nice restaurants and bars to go to. The residence was less than 100m to the beach, not even 2 minutes walk. The beach was lovely and clean and never crowded. There is also a beautiful marina.

I would definately recommend this appartment.
