Villa L´Estiu is a charming villa build in typical Mediterranean style with multiple terraces, located in a quiet area just in front of the beach Cala Gran. On the ground floor there´s a spacious living area with TV Sat, DVD and CD, and a double door leading to the terrace, there´s also a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the second floor there´s another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a huge terrace with sea view. The beautiful outdoor living areas and the pool offer a great environment for sunbathing or for kids to play.

The lively resort of Cala d´Or, known for its animated centre with many boutiques, bars and restaurants is situated at just a few minutes of walking distance. Also one of the most beautiful yacht ports of the island, Porto Cari, where some of the most prestigious yachts are to be seen, is worth a visit.
