'Simla' possesses the charm of a traditional Zakynthian stone-built house but with all modern amenities. Set in the hillside village of Megaloni located in the unspoilt northern area of Zakynthos. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and tranquility. The house has an open- plan living/dining/kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen & dining area has a large table with seating for up to 8. The sitting room has comfortable seating set around an open fireplace and traditional beamed ceiling. French windows open out on to a spacious balcony with stunning views over the Ionian sea and towards Kefalonia perfect for Al Fresco dining. Downstairs are two bedrooms (master double with en suite facilities & second twin room with separate toilet/shower). Both bedrooms lead out onto a covered verandah with steps leading down to the pool with sun loungers and parasols. Double sofa bed available in lounge for occasional use.
