Close to the town of Carvoeiro but away from the hustle and bustle - this beautiful villa is surrounded by a stunning tropical garden, with a large pool and terrace area and a roof terrace. All the bedrooms and living areas are of a good size and the kitchen/utility room is well equipped. The villa is near two great golf courses and is also close to Carvoeiro Tennis Centre. The closest award winning beach is a 5 minute drive from the villa and here you will find an amazing seafood restaurant. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Within a minutes walk you will find a couple of bars, a fab pizzeria and a little local shop that sells fresh bread on a morning. A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Miles
Car: necessary
You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or it is a 5 minute drive. The restaurant on this beach serves some of the best fish in The Algarve.The golf courses of Vale de Pinta & Grammacho are less than five minutes in the car (voted in Europe's top 100). Within 15 minutes drive are Penina, Boavista, Alto and the new championship course at Morgado. Faro airport is a 45 min drive. Car hire is essential, especially if you wish to see the best of the Algarve. Carvoeiro 3km/5mins drive, Lagoa 3.5km/10 mins drive, Portimao Marina 8km and Silves 10km. Sesmarias is a village ideally located between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. It has a small selection of reasonably priced Cafes, Restaurants, Pizzarria and a Mini super market within easy walking distance. Carvoeiro the well known Algarve fishing village and and resort is 5 minutes away and there you will find a large variety of shops & restaurants. Also nearby are Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, Krazy World.
