A modern luxury three-bedroom villa with two bathrooms accommodating up to seven people. Spacious open plan living area leading out to the pool terrace. Villa Chic is situated within the cosy Canarian village of Tias. The villa is modern with a contemporary style to it. Tastefully decorated to a very high standard with 3 double bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with king size double beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with sliding doors that lead directly to pool area. The kitchen is nicely equipped with marble surfaces throughout. Open dining area with nice wooden furniture with capacity of 6/8 people, combined with a spacious, airy lounge. Sky TV, DVD and 24 dvd movies available. The terrace area is furnished with stylish wooden furniture, a big parasol and BBQ, comfortable cushioned sun beds for 6 people. A private large heated swimming pool. This modern and stylish villa is suitable for couples or families that require that unique holiday.

  • Rates are for up to four people. £50 extra per person, per week, up to seven. 7th bed suitable for child up to 12yrs. Bookings are from 1400 hrs on day of arrival to 1000hrs on day of departure. A £200 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Infants under 2 are free. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. In event of any damages caused to the property, payment is liable on departure.

New Golf 18 - hole golf course: Just 2 minutes from the villa is a brand new 18 hole golf course. Another golfing option for the variation is the golf course situated in Costa Teguise, a 15 minute car journey away.

Outside dining area: The terrace area is furnished with stylish wooden garden furniture, a large parasol and BBQ, comfortable cushioned sun beds for 6 people. A private large heated swimming pool 28 ft, excellent for swimming. The terrace and pool area is very private and receives all day sun.

Distances: Villa Chic is just a short walk to the cosy village of Tias, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tapas bars, chemist, banks and local bakeries. In the village centre you will also find the taxi rank and the bus stops for the new local Tias bus, which takes you to Puerto del Carmen for only 90 cents! a 5 min drive away. I stayed with my family in villa Chic in July of this year. It was exactly as described in the details. It was beautifully presented and very comfortable. We had our 18 month old with us and a high chair and cot with bedding were provided free of charge. We have stayed in many villas in Lanzarote and this was definitely one of the nicest. Jan and Trevor who looked after the villa could not have been any more helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa for a comfortable and relaxing Holiday.
