Situated close to the historic town of Lagos on the edge of the Costa Vicentina National Park with its unspoilt coastline, AlmaVerde is a Gold Medal winning development of 150 villas. Each villa incorporates the environmentally-friendly 'Coolhouse' system (a natural alternative to central heating) with an efficient central heating system for the winter. The villa is extremely well appointed with private heated pool and fully landscaped garden a short (5-10 minute) drive from numerous sandy beaches, traditional fishing villages and a number of good golf courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • N.B: Pool Heating is included in the rent from 3rd July – 4th September. For all other dates Pool Heating is charged at an extra £88 per week.

    Check In is generally not before 4pm and Check Out is no later than 10am – in some cases we are able to be flexible, so please do ask.
  • How to Book -
    A Booking Deposit of 25% of the Full Rental Fee (not including the extras) is required to book the Villa and the Final
    Balance, including a refundable £200 Security Deposit as well as the cost of any extras hired, is then due 8 weeks
    before your Arrival Date. N.B. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your Arrival Date the Full Balance is due.

    We can accept cheques, bank transfers and credit card payments* (*credit card payments are taken through Paypal and are subject to a 4% handling fee). Bank details will be sent to you with the Booking Form.

  • Cot beds and high chairs can be hired for £35 per week per item.

    A Welcome Pack of basic provisions can be ordered for £40.
