Dionyssos Gardens is a brand new development in a bijou complex of only 10 apartments, completed in mid 2009. This 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, with roof garden & large veranda, has the master bedroom & a separate games room in the rounded turret of the building. The air conditioned apartment can sleep up to six people (2 on the sofa bed). There is a further bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom. The apartment also benefits from a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with granite worktops. For your use, there's a microwave, washing machine, iron & hairdryer etc. In the lounge there's a flat screen TV, XBox Console (& a selection of games), iPod docking station, books & colouring sets - in fact all you'll need to make your time spent in Cyprus most comfortable! Outside, adjacent to the communal pool, there's shower/changing rooms and sun loungers. On the roof, there's a low walled private roof garden & games room, complete with table football & BBQ etc.

Cyprus is situated in the southeast corner of the Mediterranean Sea, close to Turkey, Israel and Egypt. It enjoys year round sunshine with an average summer maximum temperature of around 30ºC and an average winter minimum rarely falling below 15ºC. Due to their height, the Troodos mountains are snow covered in winter but snow is almost unheard of around the coast. Because of its location, Cyprus has always been a strategically and economically important place and as such has much to offer in the way of history and religion. Tourism is now an important part of the Cypriot economy and the local people always have a warm welcome for visitors. However, there is plenty of unspoilt countryside and local village life continues at a slow pace outside the main coastal towns. Cyprus produces excellent wines from both vineyards and monasteries. The supposed birthplace of Aphrodite, Cyprus remains the Island of Love. Paphos, once the capital of Cyprus, is now a relaxing seaside resort .

Location: The apartment is fantastically located, just 15km's and 20 minutes by car from Paphos Airport. A 7 minute walk will take you into the main street where a number of restaurants and bars can be found and a further 7 minute stroll you will be at the harbour. There are a few small supermarkets dotted around nearby, for your shopping supplies. Being so well located, there really is no need to hire a car, but there are many places all over the Island worth a visit. Have a look at our website for more photos and information.

Well located, lovely clean modern well equipped apartment suitable for all ages. The games room was great for the grand children and the owners left lots of inflatable toys for the children to enjoy. Very good communication with both the owners and their representative in Cyprus and the welcome food pack was a lovely bonus on arrival! The restaurants were within a 5 minute stroll. The weather was lovely in October. The selction of books were useful too, as was the English TV channels. This was definately a home abroad. Would thoroughly recommend.

A superbly decorated, furnished and comfortable apartment. Very clean and welcoming. In fact it had everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed sharing drinks on the balcony during the warm evenings. The pool was certainly inviting, ideal after having been out all day. The town is just the right distance away, perfect for a short stroll of an evening, either for meals or a bit of exercise. The apartment is ideally sited as a base to explore the island. Would certainly recommend the restaurants at the far end of the port. Excellent friendly service, food and value for money. We had a great time and would certainly recommed this apartment. One warning though if you hire a car. Watch out for police radar traps. We didn't , fortunately only a warning.

Beautifully furnished, well located apartment. Very quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and harbour. Great communication with owners and their local representative was very helpful too. Great time had by all!
