Mas Nou Golf Course 35 miles. Girona Golf Course 35 miles. Perelada Golf Course 45 miles. Fantastic Places of interest all close at hand from your L´Estartit base.     Price based on upto 8 people sharing. Extra cost for 9th or 10th person using double bed settee in lounge, is £10 per person, per night. Minimum rental 7 nights.
    Prices include fresh bedlinen, bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, hand towels and a cleaning service each Saturday. Also included is the weekly pool & garden maintenance.
    A Deposit of 20% is required to hold the booking.
    Final balance is required 12 weeks prior to arrival.
    Credit Card payments are accepted.
    Your Credit Card Details will be retained for a Breakage and Excessive Cleaning Deposit.

  • All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space and drawers. Bedrooms have tiled stone floors that remain cool in the hot summer months. All windows are double glazed with outside shutters to keep rooms dark and cool. The upstairs master bedroom is open plan with double French doors leading out onto a terrace. We have furnished all bedrooms with bedside tables and lamps, and beds are presented with light weight duvets with two pillows per person. We have an air conditioning unit in the upstairs master bedroom and a second air conditioning unit is located in the downstairs corridor providing cool air to the other 3 bedrooms. The Family Shower Room with handbasin and toilet is located between the two twin rooms. The layout of 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms makes the villa an ideal option for two families wishing to holiday together.

Brilliant Villa

We stayed in this villa in Aug 09, communication with the villa owners throughout the booking process was excellent, and Carol who looks after the villa kindly came to welcome us at about 11pm at night after we were delayed in traffic.

The villa itself was an excellent size for our 2 families it had everything we needed and also lots of entertainment things for the kids.

The pool was lovely and clean, there were plenty of sun beds on the fantastic decking area to sunbathe on and if you’re not a sun lover there was a more sheltered area at the top of the garden.

The villa was set in a nice quiet area not far from a large supermarket and approx 10 mins from the beach and touristy shops.

I met Shaun and Suzette and they were fantastic.

The villa is safe for anyone with young children; I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Quality L'Estartit villa

The villa was exactly as described, spacious and extremely comfortable and it was very peaceful and private thanks to the surrounding conifer hedge. The kitchen was very well equipped and the gas barbecue very handy. We were very fortunate with the weather in early October and made good use of the lovely pool & decking area, the provision of pool towels was a bonus. The location was ideal for us as a party made up mainly of divers who could go off in the car first thing, leaving the non diver to relax and take a stroll into the resort at leisure. The quiet lane that runs parallel to the main road makes for a pleasent 30 minute walk. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. All in all the villa was perfect for our needs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

What more can I add - the villa was beautiful, in excellent condition and with all the conveniences you need for a perfect holiday. This holiday was to celebrate my 60th birthday and we did it in style. The area was lovely and local restaurants were excellent. When things went wrong (the curtain fell down) it was dealt with very quickly and without any fuss. The pool was delightful and the boys (aged 6 and 4) absolutely loved it. The fact that there was a very secure gate to the property meant that we were able to let the boys play without worrying about them. You do need a car for this property.

We stayed at the villa in May and from arriving to leaving (which we didn't want to do) we had a wonderful time. It was clean with lovely furniture. Very well kept and spacious. Well equipped with everything you could need. The pool area was fantastic so relaxing and on a night time really romantic.

We would recommend this villa to everyone.
