This charming apartment (1 bedroom and 4 beds) is perfect to spend great holidays in a cosy and comfortable home. It is part of a brand new elegant residence which refers to a little castle, surrounded by French gardens and dependences, situated just behind the Hôtels du Val de France (Dream castle...). It is very convenient to walk there and have a massage or walk by the lake. This nice apartment is located in the Parisian suburb in Magny le Hongre, which is the closest village to Disneyland Resort (5min by car or public transport). You can easily enjoy the Val d'Europe International Shopping Centre with its excellent supermarket and designer outlet stores, thanks to a local bus service operating regularly. The apartment is light-filled with 3 large windows exposed SW, is fully equipped, and has a warm cosy interior. It is easily accessible for BB trolley (floor 0) and you can comfortably sleep up to 4. 38 m², 1 bedroom, a large living-room with 2 beds.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in euros. Shorter or Longer stays on request. We are very flexible on change-over days except during peak season. A 30% deposit is required on confirmation for a secure booking and the remaining balance is due 2 months before your arrival date. All bookings within 2 months need to be paid in full. We require a separate deposit cheque of £150 or 150 euros with the final payment and will be returned usually within 7 working days following your departure. However a retainer can be made from this deposit to cover damage and breakages to the property or for an extra cleaning if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

We will be pleased to provide a baby cot or children bed if necessary.

Notes: In the entrance is a separate toilet. You can park in a secure off-street parking inside the residence (in front of the door entrance). As we know that it is not always easy to travel with BB equipment, we would be pleased to lend you any necessary one: BB bed, high chair, trolley, BB cook... Outside the residence, you can easily walk around 2 nice romantic lakes, where you will find children playgrounds.

This apartment is a brand new development in line of sight of the new Disney Hotels at Magny-Le-Hongre. We were made to feel extremely welcome by the owner. Everything was in top condition and the kitchen was well equipped for holiday meal preparation. The apartment was also spotlessly clean. We used it as a base to visit Paris and of course Eurodisney. Would suggest this is an ideal location for Eurodisney especially and for a small family ideal, an opportunity to get away from the mania of Disney in between visits. Paris is only a short train ride on the RER at the Disney Village and is very reasonable. All in all I would heartily recommend this apartment for the ease and simplicity of arranging, facilities and location.

Brand new appartment, interior looks much better in real than on the pictures, especially the kitchen. Warm welcome by the very childfriendly owner. Very clean, nice complex with private car port on closed terrain (automatic doors). Disneyland just 5 min away by car. Also perfect for trips in the surrounding area.
