'Palm Tree Villa': A warm welcome awaits all returning and new guests to our beautiful vacation home. Our villa is maintained to the very highest standards, and is furnished with comfort in mind. Our aim is to create a home away from home for ourselves and all our guests. Our villa is located on the beautiful estate of Westridge, and resides on a large corner plot, benefiting from a large screened south facing pool. The pool area is extremely private, surrounded by lush landscaping, you also have the luxury of a shaded lanai area to enjoy eating alfresco. You won't be disappointed with our villa inside either, each room is luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything to make your stay magical. Many of our guests come back to vacation at our villa year after year, and many of those people are now friends. Testimony to this is how many bookings we already have in 2009 and weeks are now being booking for 2010.

Davenport is a particularly beautiful part of Florida, full of rolling golf courses and countryside. The local area has much to offer, not just the golf and the theme parks. 7 minutes from our villa why not visit Lake Louisa, a breathtaking National Park with many lakes, the largest of which has its own beach with life guard, amenities and picnic tables - a lovely place to spend a day. The is an ideal place to ride bikes, horses or just go for lovely walk amongst the miles of trail.
