It's a village style holiday house situated in a olive grove of 830m2 close to the beach. It's a perfect location for people that want to wind down and relax from a busy every day life. It's the place where you get a feeling of tranquility while sitting on the terrace under the olive trees enjoying something to drink and maybe even reed that book that to have planed to do for a long time. The house is 350 m from the Pantazi Beach that's on a walk able distance (6 min). On the beach is a simple tavern and there is a shower and a dressing cabin. You can also get parasols and sun beds there. A little further you find a tavern, that's 50 m from the beach and 400 m from the house. The Centrum of the village Ag. Nikolaos lies approximately 1000 m from the house. The first supermarket you find at 750 m, where you can buy fresh bread and other daily needs.
