The apartment has a commanding front line position with a stunning private outside terrace which is a very rare feature, set in beautiful gardens and providing uninterrupted sea and beach views. The very light and spacious living space will provide guests with an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and a luxurious lounge with 2 large sofas again enjoying breathtaking sea views. The modern family bathroom has a separate shower and bath whilst both bedrooms have king size double beds, ample storage and have digital TVs. There is a private covered parking space and with close proximity to the quaint train station, guests have the option of taking the short train ride into St Ives, a journey which takes just 3 minutes and follows a dramatic path along the coast.

Notes: The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is accessed by a small flight of stairs. There is seating on the front terrace with a table and chairs. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes equipped with kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, full dinner set, wine glasses, mugs, tea towels, Iron and Iron board, full assortment of pans, cutlery and general cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have king size double beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes and chest of draws and with colour TVs. Linking the rear bedrooms to the front aspect is a spectacular hallway which is 40' in length. There is also a private terrace to the rear of the apartment.

There are also banks, a hairdresser, a chemist, newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach at Carbis Bay there is a cafe and food outlet.
