This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 1st floor condominium in an exclusive private gated community. The Transfer membership will give you access to the private 18 hole golf course at significantly reduced green's fees, tennis courts (4) Harcourt and lighted, 5 swimming pools, fitness centre, clubhouse and walking trails. The condo has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, den, living room, two bedrooms, two baths, a screened porch and Lanai. It is a 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. All beach gear and sporting goods, tennis rackets and extra golf clubs included. Cable TV and gas grille, washer and dryer also included. The park-like grounds and golf course are impeccably landscaped.
