Apartment in Amsterdam, district Oud Zuid, nearby Olympian sq. third and fourth floor, 5x8 patio. 3rd floor: Entrance (baroque style), On-suite kitchen and dining room, living. Master bedroom: king-size double, baby room, bathroom with in bad shower and toilet. Children's bedroom for 2 (beds 1.60m). 4 floor, study, bed/playroom double bed and children's playroom with balcony at the building front side. Study with exit to roof terraces 5x8m, with louncheset, dining table and playhouse for children, power/water outlet and light. second bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and second refrigerator. second toilet. 4 floor is reachable over main stair house and internal stairs. On suite with fireplace and large (8/10 pers) dining table. Stereo, LCD TV with cable available. Kitchen: large refrigerator, 4 stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher. double doors to balcony with view on inner gardens. Tram stop 50m, World trade centre and train station 10 min walking, schiphol 10min

Rent a boot to go through the canals, or a bike to discover the city! Amsterdam tram easy and cheap way to transport, tram stop just around the corner 50m. Basic shops for food, magazines and clothing around the corner. Many fine restaurants in the district. 10 min by bike from the Leiden square and just outside the night-life so no disturbed nights.

Ski: Indoor ski facilities; 25 km.

Privat: This is our private house so only available during summer holidays, when we are not in ourselves. We do not escept bachelor groups. No high heals can be worn in the house due to damage to the floor!! We have a cat that normally stay's and has to be fed. (exceptions on this can be made on request). Building has no lift. 4 adult bikes are available. Canaltrip through Amsterdam can be arranged on privateboot (with captain), € 500,- for daytrip , € 275,- 3 hours), boot suits up to 10/15 people. On request a car is available, for additional dayrate of € 60,- (Lancia Kappa sedan, max 5 people). Extra guestroom can be booked on same floor as our second bedroom/playroom, this bedroom belongs to our neigbours and is offered for an additonal charge of € 300,- /booking, it has a double bed and a lot of space.

We are 2 families who stayed here for a week. The house was fantastic and the owner was the most accommodating we have ever encountered. The photos and descriptions are accurate and help you to see how this home can become your home during a stay in Amsterdam. It is located close to the tram stop, so a perfect base for exploring Amsterdam without a car. The house includes everything you need to feel at home including a fantastic kitchen, large living room and plenty of toys for children. The “icing on the cake” is the outstanding rooftop terrace that is great both for adults and children. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. We would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

Thank you for receiving us in your warm house. When we checked in, we immediately felt at home. Every room was really tidy and clean, the kitchen fully equiped. We enjoyed having everything close at hand from well selected spices to those nice & small Nespresso cups. Although we only stayed two days, we will look back with a smile at this amazing weekend for a long time. 4 Stars/5 stars...The space, luxe & warmth of such of home is just impossible to rate...

This is a wonderful house, we were 7 adults and there is enough space for everyone. The terrace on the roof is amazing and when there is sun, it's so good to be there. The house is quiet and near to a tram stop. It takes only about 20 minutes to go the center (Centraal Station) by tram. There is a french bakery on the corner of the street and a supermarket near the house!!
The owners are really nice and the photos are accurate.
