Notes to the rental rates

• All prices are quoted for self catering holidays per night, including water and electricity. Additional costs: final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (this is a returnable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure) If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure. Heating surcharge of EUR 25,-/week for bookings during November - March.
  
• Booking conditions: A deposit of 20% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date. **** Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable: 1. More than 56 days notice given - loss of 50% deposit. 2. between 56 - 14 days notice given - loss of deposit. 3. 13 days or less notice given - loss of total payment. Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona.
