Villa Mediterranean is situated in the elevation position next the beach of Kalkan(secluded), offering breathtaking scenery. Only 5 min.walk away to Kalkan, a picturesque harbour town with narrow, cobbled streets packed with fascinating shops (rugs, clothes, antiques, jewellery, ceramics etc), bars and cafes. At night Kalkan comes to life, with its high quality restaurants, many at roof terrace level, with stunning sea views. Kalkan has its own small pebble beach by the harbour. Kaputas, a lovely sandy beach at the foot of a ravine, is 10 minutes away by car and Patara beach which, at 12 miles, is the second longest in the world, is 15 minutes drive away. Kalkan is set in an area steeped in history, with many ancient sites nearby. These include Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara. A simple trip up to the mountains behind Kalkan will take your breath away. For the more active, Kalkan and the area offers lots of water sports as well as snorkelling and excellent diving

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks spent in this heavenly villa. It really is perfect in every way. The situation and views are spectacular and the internal accommodation is superb. I really could not fault anything. Ibu looked after us very well and we enjoyed his sister's home cooking at the villa very much. The pool and enormous terrace provide a great place to relax. The proximity to Kalkan itself provides easy access to restaurants in the evenings. Would thoroughly recommend the villa.

This was our first visit to Kalkan, but will not be our last!

Mediterranean House gave us superb accommodation and fantastic views that we hardly ventured away from the villa.

We have spent many evenings admiring the view as well as experiencing the wonderful food cooked by Ibu's sister. Ibu has also taken excellent care of us as well as keeping our 5 year old son entertained!

We have be so impressed that we have already booked again for next year.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my friends this summer! A beautitful villa with beautiful scenery - the pictures do not do it justice! Not one single complaint, far enough away from the noisy nightlife but close enough to walk, with a cheap super market nearby. The aftercare team were fantastic - we felt well looked after as they were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble! A great holiday and would definately return again with friends or with the whole family!

Stayed here for a week in May and had a lovely time. The villa is perfect and a real home from home with some lovely touches (candles, flowers,towels, etc). The pool was excellent and we didnt even make it to the beach as we just stayed there every day.

The owner is a real pleasure to deal with and answers any queries very quickly. Details on the villa, how to find and access were brilliant and we had a totally hassle free holiday.

We just had the most wonderful holiday staying at this villa.The villa is absolutely beautiful inside and outside, the rooms are spacious and luxurious and super clean. The pool is lovely with a huge terrace for sunbathing. The views from the villa are incredible - definitely watch out for the sunsets from the terrace
-Kalkan is a beautiful old town with lots of lovely restaurants and cobbled streets.The people are all so friendly and you don't feel threatened anywhere you go.
I would definitely recommend staying at this villa, it was totally relaxing in everyway - a perfect holiday!
