These front line apartments with their stunning sea views are south facing, close to the large sandy beach of Santa Ponsa and all the shops, bars, restaurants and the bustling night life which Santa Ponsa has to offer and a short walk away from 'The Square', which hosts live entertainment, during the main season. The apartment comprises a good sized double bedroom whilst the smaller bedroom has bunk beds. Both kitchens are galley style and fully equipped. Bathrooms comprise a bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and washing machine. Both lounges are simply furnished and have a double bed settee. Both lounges lead directly onto their balconies which overlook the swimming pool, restaurant and gardens and the bay of Santa Ponsa. The swimming pool is patrolled by a life guard and has a sectioned off area suitable for younger children. Throughout the main season there is a fully organised kids club and entertainment programme.

The island has many fine attractions such as the Caves of Drach and all can be explored on your own or take an organised excursion and take the worry out of driving.

The apartment is on the 7th floor and entry to the complex is through reception which, during the main season, is manned 24 hours per day by Multi Lingual receptionists and includes 24hr monitored security on all floors. Additionally, there is a telephone system connecting the apartment and reception. There is a lift to all floors and, at ground level, direct access to the pool and area. The bar/restaurant and in-house entertainment are also situated at ground floor level. The main beach can be reached by walking along the shore front or by the main road. Internet facilities are available at reception.
