From the 13th century onwards the Guinigi family, who were rich merchants and a leading family of the town, concentrated their mansions between via Sant'Andrea and via Guinigi, which has preserved its medieval appearance practically intact. The apartment ' Guinigi ' is located in this area. Completly new restored with antic and luxury furnished. Quite and passionated area: Food and old shops are in walking distance. Private underground parking where you can leave your car for all week. The flat lies on the ground floor of an historical building and is composed by: entrance, dining room with table and chairs, kitchen made of stones with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, living room with sofa, 1 double bedroom with exit to the garden, 1 twin bedroom, utility room, 1 bathroom with tube/shower, wc/bidet. Garden full equipped with ' Gazebo ', umbrella with table and chairs. Private safety parking at 1.5 km from the apartment.

Via Guinigi is the essence of dealing with antique pieces. There are many shops with lots of accessories of old time along this street and the narrow lanes. In these streets the market of antique pieces of Lucca was born – it takes place every 3rd weekend a month and it is an attraction for thousands of people. You will find furniture, sculptures, marble, watches and jewellery in these shops and at the market. The apartment “Guinigi” lies in an inner court which is situated directly at “Via S' Andrea ” and then ' Piazza Bernardini '.
