Fifteen minutes by car from Portoferraio we hire a country house, nestled in the hills, with a large terrace in front, like a living room open to the sky and with views over the green valley of San Martino. Is a point of departure to reach the beautiful beaches of Biodola's and Procchio's bays to make journeys on foot and in Mountain Bike, for sailing in the Gulf of Procchio and also to visit the homes of 'Napoleon's exile. From the terrace you enter the lounge, with two sofas, the kitchen with a large dining table. Two bedrooms are accessible from the terrace, one with three beds and a bathroom and another double bedroom. Two other bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom with bath are upstairs. The house is already furnished linens and blankets. There are appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, cooker with 4 burners, TV. The house is easily reachable by car can be parked in in the garage beside the house.

The house is in the north part of Elba Island, where there are the most beautiful beaches. Fifteen minutes by car from the house, Portoferraio is pretty harbour with an ancient historical centre, where you can visit the the homes of 'Napoleon's first exile. Portoferraio has vary good restaurants and every kind of shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A further deposit of 500,00 euro will be requested via separate transfer five weeks before the beginning of the rent period.
    This is to cover any damages and will be given back at the end of the rent period if there are no damages or problems.
    The deposit will be send back to you after your departure, by transfer.
    Electricity and gas are included.
    Final cleaning of € 80 not included.
    Laundry of Euros 13/person not included
    Heating and an extra charge for especial dirty house, if necessary, are not included.
    In case of cancellation there will be offered no compensation.
    In case of early departure the weekly rent is still due in full.
