Situated on a hilltop above a sea of grain fields, Casa Pellicetto is a characteristic farmhouse with fabulous views of the medieval walled city of Fermo in a pastoral landscape. In a delightful position near the Adriatic Sea, this charmingly restored home is set amongst established trees for ample shade. From this location you have easy access to the sandy beaches of Le Marche and to primary routes for the entire region. This traditional farmhouse displays fine craftsmanship with stone fireplace, wood beams and has been sensitively restored using traditional materials throughout. Comfortable furnishings ensure a relaxed stay. The property consists of a sunny kitchen with eat-in area, a separate dining room, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished attic space with lots of extra space. It is bright and breezy. Surrounding the home is a verdant park area with grass lawns for relaxing and large trees for summer shade.
