This superb large villa on two levels is ideal for a large family or two sharing. The villa which is covered in superb colour throughout the summer from the bougainvillea around it and enjoys spectacular views through the valley has internal/external access to each level. On the upper level there is a large lounge with leather sofa and corner unit with satellite TV,wifi, music /ipod, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one ensuite and a family bathroom. The large curved glazed naya is furnished with tables/chairs and settees where one can decide to eat inside or from here is a large terrace with more tables/chairs overlooking the pool area and views. Downstairs there are two more double bedrooms both en suite, kitchen and eating area, from here you can go directly out onto the pool level with its own covered terrace with table/chairs. The ensuite bathroom with shower also has a door which leads directly to the pool and terrace, the outdoor shower and barbecue are also here

The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential location near all amenities. The old fishing village and port of Javea are situated on the most eastern point of the Spanish peninsular with its rugged coastline it was voted by the World Health Authority as having an almost perfect climate. The villa is situated in a quiet residential location yet it is only minutes away from the beach and seafront with its bars,restaurants and shops. Javea Golf course is situated a few minutes drive from the villa and access to Benidorm with its Water Theme park and Terra Mitica theme park is only about 30 minutes drive. There are many local restaurants in the area with menu del dia ranging from 10 euros upwards for a three course meal with drink.The beautiful sandy Arenal beach is a busy place day and night with market stalls during the evening it is a popular location for all age groups. The weekly outdoor market is held on a Thursday where you can buy gifts or lovely fresh fruit and vegetables.

  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve the villa and the balance is then due eight weeks before your arrival date at which time a 200 pound damage waiver deposit to cover any loss of keys or breakages is also due with the balance. The damage waiver deposit will be returned within 7 days after your holiday end date and the villa has been checked. The rental price includes all cleaning, bedding and towels. This is a non smoking villa so smoking only outside please. The villa is cleaned to a very high standard before each rental and is managed by JAVEA HOLIDAY RENTALS SPAIN who are based in Javea and are available at all times.

  • Week 25 July to 1 August now reduced from 1500 to 1400 pounds.

Notes: Outside the villa there are various terraces on each level where it is possible to sit ,eat or just relax. The barbecue is on the pool level with a large terrace area with large table/chairs to enjoy that alfresco dining whenever you decide to do so. The villa has eight sun loungers on the large terrace around the 9x5 meter kidney shaped pool which has steps at one end for easy entry and exit for children. There are also three large sun shades, one which is fitted to the terrace on the upper eating level with table and chairs making it an ideal place to sit or eat at any time. There is off road parking for two cars on the lower level of the plot. If you want a villa in an ideal quiet location yet near to everything and allows you and your family / guests to enjoy themselves in a spacious and comfortable property with all facilities then this villa has to be at the top of your list.
