Superb newly built villa, it has spectacular sea views and views of the mountains behind it. The surroundings are well landscaped and also include the use of a private pool and terrace sharing these views. Used in its inaugural year, the owners have paid attention to enough detail to ensure they and their guests stay will be truly memorable. The villa consists of 3 wings, each wing is a fully furnished 3 double bedroom apartments and is self sufficient. Can be rented out whole or by the units. Furnished with modern equipment.

The entire villa has a unit on the ground floor and two other units on the first floor that are duplexes with sleeping areas in the attic. There are terraces, 2 balconies, a well landscaped lawn and a garden with mediterranean vegetation around the house.

Mecajac is a little settlement on the edge of Cavtat perched on the edge of a cliff with glorious views to the open adriatic sea. The old town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsulas Rat and Sustjepan, in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik. It is today the tourist and cultural centre of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia. The very pleasant climate, luxuriant vegetation and beautiful shores will invite you to leave all your stressful thoughts behind and refuel your energy. Nice beaches stretch all the way to Cape Prahljevac. Cavtat is located on the main road (M2, E65). It is very well connected with major Croatian cities through Dubrovnik and Cilipi Airport, while local communications with the surroundings include ship and bus lines. The Cavtat Summer (July - August) - with its concerts of harmony-singing groups, folk music groups and sports tournaments (water-polo) – represents the most central cultural event.

Brilliant place to base your holiday

We stayed here for a week in early september. The place is just as beautiful as the pictures portray, and Bozo is very helpful.

The apartments are all well equipted for cooking, and comfy living. The BBQ area and balconies were great for watching sunsets, and the property is air conditioned through out.

The beach is walking distance and the actual town of Cavtat is quaint and a 15 minute walk. Dubrovnik is easily accessible by bus and takes about 40 minutes to reach.

The only down side is that the apartments echo so you can hear people upstairs and when they come and leave the building through the main entrance- but nothing ear plugs cant solve.

All in all one of the best holidays I have ever had, and I will be back next year.
