Superb newly built villa, it has spectacular sea views and views of the mountains behind it. The surroundings are well landscaped and also include the use of a private pool and terrace sharing these views. Used in its inaugural year, the owners have paid attention to enough detail to ensure they and their guests stay will be truly memorable. The villa consists of 3 wings, each wing is a fully furnished 3 double bedroom apartments and is self sufficient. Can be rented out whole or by the units. Furnished with modern equipment.

Mecajac is a little settlement on the edge of Cavtat perched on the edge of a cliff with glorious views to the open adriatic sea. The old town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsulas Rat and Sustjepan, in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik. It is today the tourist and cultural centre of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia. The very pleasant climate, luxuriant vegetation and beautiful shores will invite you to leave all your stressful thoughts behind and refuel your energy. Nice beaches stretch all the way to Cape Prahljevac. Cavtat is located on the main road (M2, E65). It is very well connected with major Croatian cities through Dubrovnik and Cilipi Airport, while local communications with the surroundings include ship and bus lines. The Cavtat Summer (July - August) - with its concerts of harmony-singing groups, folk music groups and sports tournaments (water-polo) – represents the most central cultural event.

This flat is lovely - we had a fantastic holiday. A high chair and cot was made available on request for our baby son. The flat is sooo spacious (about five times as big as our flat at home!) and brand new. The interiors are very smart and modern. The swimming pool is great - it is illuminated for a night time dip! But mostly, the sea view is amazing! Comes highly recommended.
