Great 2 bedroom apartment on one level with views to a lovely church. Its a 5 minute walk into Deal and the same to the beach. The lounge dining area is large, light and airy with a small veranda to the side. The kitchen is again of good size and has a vaulted ceiling is well equipped and has a central working area. There is a double beroom with surrounding cupboards, a twin bedroom and a nice bathroom offering a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, w/c and basin. There is a small garden area for your private use. This is a very well presented property offering a good level of accommodation in a quiet location yet within easy reach of an Historic Town and the beach.

This lovely apartment is part of a privately owned house where World famous novelist, Dornford Yates was born. It faces a lovely church and is located in a very quiet part of Walmer which is to the South of the main part of Deal. The walk to the beach will take about 5 minutes and the same to Deal town where there is a good choice of pubs, restaurants and shops located in its narrow streets. Previous visitors to this historic town have included Julias Caesar and Lord Nelson who has a pub names after him. The castle here is kept very well but a visit to nearby Dover Castle and its underground bunkers is a must. Pegwell Bay where the Vikings first landed is just to the North as is the Royal St George Golf course, home of The Open. Beyond is Sandwich, Margate and Ramsgate. Canterbury is just a 20 minute drive and you will pass through some of the prettiest villages you will find. This Walled City is known the World over and the Cathedral and surrounding streets are a delight.
